Only after having studied, breathed and respected tradition do you have the right to set it aside with the knowledge that we are in its debt for having shown us the way. Naturally, if we remain anchored to the past, our life becomes stagnant, but, if we use tradition as a springboard, we will sail that much higher in the air.

 

 

 

 

Innovation on Tradition

Located in the center of a delightful village in Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi (Saint Agatha on the Two Gulfs) between Sorrento and Positano, the restaurant, created by Chef Alfonso Iaccorino, his wife Livia and their sons Ernesto and Mario, has been in service since 1973.

This family run business has made success in keeping its traditional menu modern. Each dish features the rich culture and soul of the Amalfi Coast.
