Brooklyn Bread Labs is a sister business to The Williamsburg Hotel and the production site for all things fresh out the oven – breads, pastries, pastas and pizza doughs that are used in the hotel. The Brooklyn, Bushwick based warehouse stores a 10,000-pound stone mill enabling them to make everything in-house. The Brooklyn Bread Lab hosts cooking classes throughout the year for those who want to sharpen their culinary skills. Theses classes teach traditional bread making and are taught by the Williamsburg Hotel culinary team.
Featuring culinary classes as well as daily prepared pastries on a rotating menu. Brooklyn Bread Lab always keeps it “Fresh.”
Leah Morrow has made a name for herself as a young and exciting Chef. Her baking, and pastry skills have helped her excel in her field and has earned her the spot as Executive Chef of Brooklyn Bread Lab.
Located in Brooklyn, the Bread Lab supplies all of the pastries, and breads to The Williamsburg Hotel.
