Catch

Catch

A Globally-Influenced
Seafood Restaurant

Perched above the dynamic streets of the West Hollywood design district on the corner of Melrose & San Vicente, CATCH LA is the west coast outpost of acclaimed New York restaurant CATCH, as conceptualized by Eugene Remm and Mark Birnbaum, the duo behind the EMM Group hospitality enterprise.

A globally influenced seafood restaurant, with locations in New York, Dubai and Playa del Carmen, CATCH is a one-stop shop for food and beverage experiences, providing something for everyone in seamless transitions from daytime to dining, nightlife and events. With its signature open kitchen and breathtaking views of downtown Los Angeles & the Hollywood Hills, the 340 seat retractable rooftop haven invites the outside in as it blends great seafood with sushi and Asian influences and a streaming, shareable style of service with a unique, open-air dining room and elevated, interactive atmosphere.

Chef

Having opened all the Catch restaurants, Exec. Chef Andrew Carroll has perfected a menu that’s seafood heavy and also includes some stellar vegan dishes, Chef admits he doesn’t feel the heat working in a star-studded restaurant, instead he welcomes the challenge to impress A-listers and foodies alike.

Menu

Catch keeps it fresh, incorporating local and sustainable ingredients wherever possible as it cultivates a menu mix of Catch classics like the Catch Roll, Truffle Sashimi, Wagyu on a Rock and Cantonese Lobster with inspired renditions of Vegan and Gluten Free additions.

Atmosphere

The bright and spacious atmosphere seats 340 guests. Brick walls, wooden tables, carpets and luxe leather chairs provide a home-like comfort. A large, fully stocked bar and wrap-around windows and tall trees nestled throughout provide a zen ambiance and an effortless and posh vibe.
