Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten presents his signature world-renowned cuisine to Roppongi Hills with JG Tokyo, which showcases the freshest local and seasonal seafood from Tsukiji Fish Market and the surrounding areas. JG Tokyo, situated on one of the most prominent and cosmopolitan streets in Tokyo, Keyakizaka-dori, seats 30 guests, with 14 exclusive counter seats.
Jean-Georges presents a 13-course Omakase experience, for one seating each night, in front of an ultra-modern exhibition style open kitchen.
