Le Dali

LE DALI

Restaurant Le Dalí is an irresistible temptation to relax and enjoy various delicacies throughout the day… It is definitely a place for encounters and a moment to savour.

In 2007 Jocelyn Herland became executive chef at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, in keeping with Alain Ducasse’s philosophy, Herland believes that the freshest and seasonal produce, strictly sourced for their quality and provenance, are vital to providing the finest cuisine.

A very Parisian place to be seen, Restaurant Le Dalí is a unique homage to Salvador Dalí’s unmistakable spirit and flair.

A Cosy, Elegant Spirit

For the reopening of Restaurant Le Dalí, Alain Ducasse has created a new menu of contemporary cuisine, designed to be shared or served in half portions for light aperitif dining. Under the expert direction of executive chef Jocelyn Herland, enjoy a selection of Parisian brasserie dishes or take a creative culinary journey of delicious Mediterranean cuisine, from Catalonia to Liguria. Dessert or afternoon tea is also a must thanks to pastry chef Cédric Grolet’s reinterpreted classic French pastries.
