Prime Steaks

Primi Italian Steakhouse offers a modern twist on Italian cuisine and high end cut steak. Primi has mastered everything from homemade pappardelle pasta to 28 Day Dry Aged Porterhouses. Located on the South Shore in the heart of Long Island, the 175- seat restaurant is perfect for a private event or a dinner for two. The dining room has a cozy yet upscale atmosphere that is complemented by its high energy, sleek and beautiful bar with soaring ceilings and warming fireplaces. Young and talented Chef Reed Bovich oversees this efficient kitchen and prepares unique and delicious specials daily. Twentynine year old Frank Bono, Owner and General Manager sees to it that Service is warm and attentive and aims to greet all guests ensuring them a pleasant dining experience.
