Award winning Celebrity Chef David Burke returns to Rumson with a brand new Modern-American Steakhouse concept, featuring Asian influences! Menu offerings to include Chef Burke Patented Himalayan salt dry-aged steaks, coupled with unique asian offerings. Menu
The menu will read similar to the original Red Horse, with a focus on prime beef that’s dry-aged. Also available for order will be a number of Burke’s signatures, such as popovers, “clothesline” bacon, lobster dumplings, salmon pastrami, “angry” lobster, and pork chops with Sandy Hook clams casino.

Chefs
The culinary team at Red Horse includes corporate executive chef and partner Carmine Di Giovanni, executive chef Andrew Riccatelli, corporate pastry chef Stuart Marx, and corporate mixologist Chris James, who will craft a fine-dining menu full of American- and Asian-inspired dishes.
