Specializing in seasonal American cuisine with Jean-Georges’ signature touch (spice, acidity, and Asian flares sprinkled throughout), Abc Kitchen restaurant partners with a diverse network of farmers and purveyors including Norwich Meadows Farm, Eckerton Hill Farm, Bodhi Tree Farm, Lani’s, and many more. 

The restaurant’s regularly rotating food and beverage menus showcase organic ingredients, ranging from fresh greens to meats and fruits.
