Under the guidance of Head Chef David Žefran, Milka’s menu is a culinary journey through the Alpine seasons. The tasting menu features innovative creations such as Danube salmon paired with squash and ground cherry, and roasted onion complemented by veal and cabbage. Each course is thoughtfully paired with selections from an extensive wine list that highlights Slovenian vintages, as well as offerings from neighboring Italy and Austria.

Chef David Žefran leads the culinary team at Milka with a vision deeply rooted in the local environment. Before returning to Slovenia, Chef Žefran honed his skills in several fine dining establishments, including a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Stockholm, Sweden.
