In the privacy of “45”, the hotel’s flagship restaurant with a terrace and a view of Eugenio Sue Street, creations by chef Ramón Hirepan Ortiz Lopez,  a disciple of renowned chef Elizabeth Escoto, stands out. Concept

The cocktails designed by experts exclusively for 45, the bar at The Alest Hotel, are inspired by notable figures characters that the streets of Polanco are named after, and have been created to awaken the mind, heart and soul of those who sips them, just like these thinkers, authors and scientists did through their works and events that transformed humanity.
