Awarded with a Michelin star, the Café Les Paillotes restaurant in Pescara boasts a privileged position on the Adriatic Sea. The creative cuisine combines high school techniques with traditional cooking methods. The cellar offers 450 labels including organic and biodynamic wines.
The restaurant is part of the “Il Lido delle Sirene” complex and the sea view makes it an already pleasant and atmospheric environment. The internal rooms are rich and warm, particularly welcoming and with an oriental charm. The infinite reference of the wall mirrors, the low lights and the refined equipment are beautiful. A pleasant surprise that you don’t expect from a beach club.
