The Forte Village Resort in Sardinia has just inaugurated its brand new gourmet restaurant Heinz Beck. The famous German chef with three Michelin stars from “La Pergola” in Rome is considered one of the masters of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine on an international level.
With this opening, the Forte Village takes a further step in its culinary offer. The Heinz Beck restaurant thus joins its collection of 21 establishments, including LaTerrazza San Domenico by two-star Italian chef Massimiliano Mascia and Le Belvédère by Antonello Arrus (Michelin starred in 2014) with dishes inspired by Sardinian tradition. The resort also houses a new Indian restaurant, The Cinnamon Club, by Vivek Singh, the executive chef of the award-winning London-based group of the same name.
Atmosphere
The new restaurant stands in a dream location overlooking the breathtaking sea of the south-west coast of the island. The restaurant opens in an exclusive resort: the inauguration took place at the 5-star terrace and began with a welcome cocktail.
Cuisine
Being so close to the sea, the restaurant will offer an extensive fish-based menu without forgetting the meat. On the menu there will therefore be light proposals for lunch, gourmet for dinner, with particular attention to zero-kilometre products.
Chef
