Chef Cindy Hutson, along with partner Delius Shirley, showcase their ethnically diverse and seasonally driven “Cuisine of the Sun” at their Ortanique restaurants (locations in Coral Gables and Grand Cayman Island) and Zest concepts at The Cliff Hotel in Negril, Jamaica and downtown Miami.
