An urban interpretation of The French Laundry, evident in the blue door, the fireplace, the garden, the earthly materials (wood, marble and granite, the rough copper floor tiles) and the Oysters and Pearls. This 64-seat dining room features striking views of Columbus Circle and Central Park. For events of 8 guests or more, there are 2 private dining rooms there is a selection of carefully chosen parting gifts for guests as well as off-site event catering, and exclusive use of the restaurant’s main dining room (seats up to 75 guests) which can also be combined with the private dining rooms
(145 guests).

Menu

Two tasting menus are offered daily: a nine-course chef’s tasting menu, as well as a nine-course vegetable tasting menu. No single ingredient is ever repeated throughout the meal. Additionally, a five-course chef’s tasting menu is available daily to guests of The Salon.
