With experience from a 3-Michelin-star restaurant in Stockholm, Žefran brings a refined touch to Milka, skillfully interpreting local ingredients into tempting dishes. Remarkably, he earned his first Michelin star after just three months at Milka, showcasing his exceptional talent and dedication.

Milka’s menu focuses on seasonal produce, emphasizing vegetables and freshwater fish, with a keen eye on sustainability and local sourcing. Chef Žefran’s dedication extends to the restaurant’s ambiance, having personally designed the dining room and collaborated with local artisans on every detail.
